Backbone IT Services remains committed to providing the critical support our clients need during this difficult time. Whether its assistance in implementing a work-from-home strategy or looking to reduce overall costs, we’ll continue to be available and ready to handle your requests.

In the interest of protecting the health and well-being of both our clients and that of our employees, we have asked all technicians to reduce on-sites visits to an absolute minimum. If at all possible, support will be completed remotely either via phone, email or over a remote support session.

To further protect our employees, we’ve asked all team members to begin working from home. Our support capacity has not been impacted by this decision and we continue to be reachable and available.

We’d like to extend our thoughts to all Canadians currently suffering through this pandemic. We hope that you are doing well and ask that you keep doing your part to ensure yourselves, your family and those around you remain safe.
