Billing Rates

An upfront easy to understand billing structure.
Standard Support

$120.00/ Hour

Our standard billing rate which applies to the vast majority of our clients requests.

  • No minimum charge. All work billed in 15 minute increments.
  • If an in-person visit is required, travel time is charged in 15 minute increments at $60.00 per hour.
Urgent Standard Support

$180.00/ Hour

When you need top priority during standard business hours.

  • Minimum charge of one hour, billed in 15 minutes increments thereafter.
  • If an in-person visit is required, travel time is charged in 15 minute increments at $90.00 per hour.
After-Hours Support

$180.00/ Hour

For all after-hours scheduled maintenance and/or support requests.

  • Minimum charge of one hour, billed in 15 minute increments thereafter.
  • If an in-person visit is required, travel time is charged in 15 minute increments at $90.00 per hour.
Urgent After-Hours Support

$270.00/ Hour

When life happens, we're ready and available.

  • Minimum charge of two hour, billed in 15 minute increments thereafter.
  • If an in-person visit is required, travel time is charged in 15 minute increments at $135.00 per hour.
